How do I update my address for a mobile lab appointment?

At this time, Welle cannot cancel or reschedule lab test appointments since booking details are sent directly to our labs upon confirmation.

To update your address, contact our Welle Care Team through the "Get support" button below. They will help cancel your current booking, allowing you to schedule a new lab test with your updated address.

Please note: You may only book one lab test per day. For rebooking, wait 24 hours after your last booking before making a new appointment.
