- For General Questions: You can ask Welle AI Coach for guidance on common health concerns, troubleshooting, and booking assistance.
- Please note that the AI Coach offers only general information about Welle health care and is not a replacement for professional medical advice.
2. Getting human support
- Requesting assistance:
- If your question is complex or requires human input, click the "Get support" button in the chat.
- The system will escalate your inquiry to the Welle Care Team.
- When medical questions arise: The Welle Care Team will consult your Welle clinician or any one whose expertise matches your question for clinical or medical-related questions to ensure accurate and reliable advice.
3. What happens next?
- Waiting for support: Once your chat is flagged for support, the AI Coach will pause, and the Care Team will assist.
- Continued support: You can chat with the Welle Care Team until your issue is resolved.
4. Managing conversations
- Each chat thread is saved for 24 hours for ongoing questions or follow-ups. Resolved threads are closed, but you can start a new conversation anytime by creating a new thread to chat with AI or escalate to Welle support.
