Scheduling a telehealth appointment to review your lab results is quick and easy—an exclusive benefit for our PLUS members.
Here’s a simple overview of the key steps and benefits.
Note: Telehealth appointments are not available for Welle STANDARD members.

Steps to book and prepare:
Step 1: Prepare ahead:
Ensure you’ve completed your Intake form and have your test results ready.
If you are a STANDARD member,
Step 2: Booking your appointment:
Navigate to your plan and choose Step 3: Virtual consultation .
Step 3: Choose a date and time:
Select a time slot at least 2 hours ahead. You can book up to 12 days in advance.
We will automatically assign a clinician to your timeslot based on availability.
Step 4: Receive updates:
You’ll get email notifications for every step, including confirmation, rescheduling, or cancellations.
Step 5: Joining your appointment:
Access the Join button in your appointment details 10 minutes before the start time (if confirmed) or anytime during the session (if live).
The clinician must join the meeting first to allow you to enter the telehealth
Note: You can contact Welle support if your clinician is absent from the meeting.
In-session options:
Use the microphone, camera, and chat to interact with your clinician.
Leave the session anytime or after your clinician concludes it.
Managing your appointments:
Reschedule: Change your appointment if it’s still in requested, accepted, or live status.
Cancel: Cancel appointments with a reason provided, and rebook easily afterward.
