What is your refund policy?

While we're confident you'll be pleased with your experience, we understand that sometimes refunds may be necessary. Please review our refund policies below:

Refundable services:

1. On-demand consultation with clinicians:

  • For cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment, you'll receive a full refund.
  • For cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, you'll receive a full refund minus a $25 service fee.

2. Damaged or unreceived items:

  • We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method for any items that are damaged or not received.

3. Membership fee:

  • Your membership is billed monthly. To cancel future renewals, go to My profile > View subscription and select Cancel. For refunds in special cases, please contact support@getwelle.com or reach out to our Welle Care team.

Non-refundable services:

1. All services included in membership:

  • Consultations, and lab tests are covered by your membership fee and are non-refundable.

2. Prescription products:

  • Prescription products are not eligible for refunds.
  • You may cancel subscription-based prescription products at any time, but previous payments are non-refundable. To avoid charges for the next period, cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date. Cancellations made within 7 days of renewal will take effect for the following period, with no refund for the upcoming cycle. Manage your subscriptions through My profile > View subscription in your Welle platform settings.
