To make payments for services in the app, simply follow these steps:
- Register an account with Welle (you must be a U.S. resident and at least 18 years old).
- Visit our website or download the app.
- Read the service description and subscribe.
We accept credit and debit cards (VISA, etc.). In some cases, Welle services may be fully covered as corporate benefits, meaning no payment is required.
By subscribing, you agree to monthly auto-payments, which will be charged to your default payment method. If your card has insufficient funds or is invalid, your membership will be suspended.
To reactivate your service, go to My profile > Payment method in the app to add, update, or remove your card information.
