- Welle Care Team: This feature is ideal for accessing personalized help regarding our health concerns, and pharmaceutical use. Our dedicated Welle Care Team will address your questions within 24 hours.

For any order-related problems (all users):
Go to My profile > Order history, select the order you need help with, and click Get support to fill out the support form for assistance.
