We’re truly sorry to see you go. However, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines (Section 5.1.1 - Data Collection and Storage) and Google’s Developer Program Policies (Section 4.5 - Data Deletion), Welle offers a way for you to delete your account at any time. To do so, please follow these steps:
- Ensure you’re no longer subscribed to our service. If you’re still subscribed, you will continue to be auto-charged monthly. When you register for an annual membership, you agree to a non-cancellable one-year commitment. If you need to cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions provided here.
- Go to My profile > Account info > Delete account.
Once you submit your deletion request, you will be signed out from all devices, and you will no longer have access to your account or health data. Our admin team will review your request within 7 working days and approve it if there are no issues.
Please note that once your account deletion is approved, all account data and related history will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
