What should I do if I forget my password?

  • Navigate to the Login screen and click the Forgot password button — we’ve got you covered!
  • You’ll be prompted to enter your email address. Please double-check that it’s correct so we can get the reset link to you quickly. We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password right away!
  • Just a quick note:
    • The reset link will expire in 48 hours.
    • If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
    • If it's still missing, you can easily request a new link after 2 minutes.
  • Once you click the reset link, you’ll be taken to a page where you can choose your new password.

If you use your email to log in to your Welle account, don’t stress! Even if you forget your password, you can still log in easily by clicking Continue with Google. We want to make sure you have the easiest access possible to your account.
