How do lab results relate to my existing health condition?

Our lab tests are conducted every 3 to 4 months and include both urine and blood tests, providing a comprehensive overview of your health. These results are categorized into nine key health pillars: Heart, Brain, Hormone, Immune, Metabolic, Gut, Organ, Sleep, and Stamina including more than 80 biomarkers. For more details on these pillars, please refer to the article What are health pillars and how are they calculated?

With that in mind, your lab results offer insights into various aspects of your health. For example, if you have diabetes, your results may show elevated levels of key biomarkers such as Hemoglobin A1c, Insulin, Triglycerides, HDL, and LDL.
