- We set the earliest start date, but you’re not required to begin on that exact day—giving you room to adjust if you're traveling or have a busy schedule.

- You can check in once per week to report your progress.
- If you missed a check-in, you can update progress for past days within the same week—but not for previous weeks.
- To ensure accuracy, review all your progress by Sunday before the week resets.
